Finding Documents From Regional Organizations
According to rule 21.7.10 of the Bluebook "resolutions, reports, and other similar documents produced by regional organizations, such as the Organization of American States or the African Union, should be cited analogously to the U.N. document citation methods."
To locate documents from regional organizations, selective materials may be found in JACOB, or consult the website of the regional organization in question.
