Biographical Sketch
Mr. Cohen is the founder and managing partner of the law firm of Cohen & Cohen, P.C. His practice is concentrated in the area of personal injury, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, class actions, automobile accidents, product liability, and other personal injuries.
Mr. Cohen has on numerous occasions appeared on local and national television shows and in print media. He is a member of the board of governors of the District of Columbia Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, chair of the Litigation Section of the District of Columbia Bar Association, co-chair of the Education Committee of the District of Columbia Trial Lawyers Association, and co-chair of the Injury to Persons and Property Section of the District of Columbia Bar Association.
Mr. Cohen, who has been described by the Wall Street Journal as “brash, aggressive, and enterprising,” is a former amateur boxer who zealously pursues his cases and has won millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients.
