Biographical Sketch
Susan C Lynch is a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Division, Fraud Section. Ms. Lynch's practice focuses on health care fraud and abuse. Previously, Ms. Lynch spent six years as a Litigation Associate in private practice in Washington, D.C. Ms. Lynch has been teaching in the Legal Research and Writing Program since 2000 and has been teaching the Legal Drafting (Litigation) Seminar since 2007.
