Biographical Sketch
Ms. Jacobson has worked in the fields of energy and environmental law for more than 30 years. During her career, she worked on the National Energy Policy Act of 1978, the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1977, served as a counsel to the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, and participated in major investigations of the EPA, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Justice. Ms. Jacobson also has served as an advisor to senior officials of the Department of Energy and as co-director of the GW Solar Institute.
