James H. Falk, Sr., is the President of the Falk Law Firm, a Virginia professional limited liability company and an adjunct faculty member at George Washington University Law School. Mr. Falk has served in the Federal Government in several capacities including Staff Assistant to the President of the United States, Assistant Director of the President’s Domestic Council and Director of the Office of Intergovernmental Relations in The White House serving as the President’s primary point of contact with State and Local Government officials. He also served as the President’s Diplomatic representative with a Delegation of U.S. Governors visiting the Peoples Republic of China.
He is listed in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the World, and Who’s Who in American Law. He is ranked AV Preeminent – The Highest Possible Rating in the fields of Arbitration, Government Contracts and Product Liability Law by Martindale-Hubbell. He has served as the Chairman of the Liability Panel advising the Department of Justice on law enforcement issues and has served on the Judicial Evaluation Panel of the DC Bar. He is a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia, the State of Arizona, the United States District Court of Maryland, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.
