Mr. Singer is an attorney in the Litigation Section of the Office of the General Counsel of the Federal Trade Commission. His practice focuses on appellate and trial work involving antitrust and consumer protection issues. At the Commission, Mr. Singer has been lead counsel in numerous matters including the Commission’s longest ever district court trial, lasting six months and resulting in a judgment for the Commission on all counts. Prior to joining the Commission in 1995, Mr. Singer was a partner in a large Baltimore law firm.
