Keith William Diener is a Member at Art of Lawyering PLLC. His litigation practice spans the state and federal courts of Virginia, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia. His interests include litigation, jurisprudence, international business law, employment law, criminal law, and ethics. He has taught at the George Washington University Law School, the George Washington University Business School, the George Washington University Paralegal Studies program, at the University of Maryland- University College, and as a Trial Advocacy professor at the National Student Leadership Conference hosted by American University. He is the author of several journal articles, is the 2007 Clive M. Schmitthoff writing award recipient, and the 2011 Society for Business Ethics Founders’ Award recipient. Mr. Diener is currently pursuing his Doctor of Liberal Studies in law and ethics at Georgetown University.
