Dan Jordan is a Chief Trial Attorney in the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. After graduating from law school, he joined the litigation practice group at the law firm of Shook, Hardy & Bacon in Kansas City, MO before moving to Hunton & Williams in Virginia. He continued his litigation practice until leaving for the public sector in 2005. He began teaching at The George Washington University Law School in 2006.
