Danya Dayson is an associate at O'Toole, Rothwell, Nassau & Steinbach in Washington, D.C. She graduated with honors from Appalachian State University where she double majored in political science and interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis on Russian and Eastern European studies. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a member of the Equal Justice Foundation and and an EJF Summer Fellowship recipient. She practiced as a solo and with the firm of Wicks & Dayson, as well as serving as a clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Morin before coming to O'Toole, Rothwell, Nassau & Steinbach, where she focuses on criminal defense with an emphasis on federal death penalty defense, family law and serving as outside counsel for small businesses and non-profit organizations.
