Juliana Siconolfi joined the GW Law Field Placement Program as a Professorial Lecturer in Law in Fall 2011, where she works with Advanced Field Placement students. Professor Siconolfi served as the Program’s Visiting Associate Professor of Clinical Law and Friedman Fellow during the 2008-2010 academic years.
Professor Siconolfi’s research interests focus mainly on professionalism issues and law school externship program pedagogy. She has presented on these topics at a number of events and writes for online publications on matters of professionalism.
As an active member of the local community, Professor Siconolfi volunteers with non-profit organizations, where she contributes professionalism consulting services. She is also the former Board Chair of Project Create, a non-profit organization that provides arts education programs to children and youth experiencing homelessness and poverty in Washington, DC.
Professor Siconolfi is a member of the Massachusetts bar. She graduated magna cum laude from Bates College and obtained her J.D. from Boston College Law School.
