Mr. Zoltick is a shareholder at Rothwell, Figg, Ernst and Manbeck, PC, an intellectual property specialty firm located in Washington, D.C. He has broad intellectual property experience representing a wide range of United States and international clients in all aspects of patent and related intellectual property matters, including acquisition, exploitation, enforcement, and defense. His practice includes intellectual property counseling, the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, patent infringement and validity opinions, and handling transactional matters. He has extensive patent litigation experience, including serving as trial counsel in major patent disputes in the federal district courts, in Section 337 actions before the International Trade Commission, in patent interference proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association.
