Biographical Sketch
Professor Rajec's primary research interests are in the areas of patent law and international trade law. She previously worked as a patent litigator at Fish & Richardson, P.C. in Boston, and clerked for Judge Donald C. Pogue of the United States Court of International Trade. Following the fellowship, Professor Rajec will begin a clerkship with Judge Alan D. Lourie of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
