Biographical Sketch
Ken McCracken is a Chief Trial Attorney in the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Mr. McCracken previously served as an Assistant Attorney General in Missouri and as an Assistant County Attorney in Kansas. He began teaching in the Legal Research & Writing program in 2010.
