Biographical Sketch
Ms. Chinoransky joined the staff of Jacob Burns Law Library in 1994 in the newly created position of catalog librarian. After serving in that capacity for four years, she was promoted to head of cataloging in 1998. Since 2002, Ms. Chinoransky has managed the serials department, which is responsible for the day-to-day processing of all new materials into the library collection. She is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries, the Law Librarians’ Society of the District of Columbia, the North American Serials Interest Group, and the Potomac Technical Processing Librarians.
