Mrs. Todd clerked at both the Supreme Court, for the Honorable Clarence Thomas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, for the Honorable J. Michael Luttig. Following her clerkships, she practiced six years at the law firm formerly known as Wiley Rein & Fielding LLP, where she became a partner and was active in the firm’s litigation, appellate, and communications practices.
In 2007, she was appointed by President Bush as an Associate Counsel to the President and served in this position through the end of his Administration. Mrs. Todd is currently chief counsel for Appellate Litigation at the National Chamber Litigation Center in Washington, DC.
