Biographical Sketch
Kimberly Turner practices trusts and estates law in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is Principal of the Law Office of Kimberly Martin Turner, PLLC in Arlington, VA and has10 years of experience in private practice. Professor Turner is a former associate with the trusts and estates law firm Ross, Marsh & Foster in Washington, DC, and she clerked for the Hon. Kaye K. Christian, former Deputy Presiding Judge in the Probate & Tax Divisions of the District of Columbia Superior Court. Professor Turner also served as co-chair of the DC Bar Estates, Trusts and Probate Law Section Steering Committee. She is a current faculty member of the DC Bar Continuing Legal Education Program.
