Jenifer Wicks is a solo-practitioner in Washington, DC, handling criminal defense matters. In her 12 years in private practice, she tried over 45 jury trials, including two RICO cases in Federal Court. She is a member of the Criminal Justice Act panels for local and federal trial and appellate courts. She is the treasurer of the D.C. Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She was the winner of the 2008 R. Kenneth Mundy Lawyer of the Year from the DC Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a Public Interest Legal Scholar at Georgetown Law Center, and a recipient of a Starr Fellowship for Community Service from Brown University.
