Executive Branch, testified and briefed members of Congress, and represented the United States in several federal appeals. Before serving at the Justice Department, Professor Papez was a litigation
partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Washington, DC. She is currently an appellate litigation partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, where she has successfully briefed and argued complex appeals and other matters on behalf of clients including Abbott Laboratories, Bank of America,
Dell Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, Motorola Mobility Inc., Philip Morris USA, and Wells Fargo/Wachovia.
