Biographical Sketch
Deborah DeMasi has spent over 30 years in private practice. Currently, Professor DeMasi practices with the law firm of Nixon Peabody LLP where she focuses on transactional matters, including project finance and acquisitions and divestitures. She is co-author of “International Project Financing” published by Juris Publishing Inc. She has lectured on finance and other matters for the DC Bar Association and the NYC Bar Association, as well as at numerous conferences. Professor DeMasi is on the Board of Directors of the Northeast-Midwest Institute. Numerous transactions for which she has been engaged as counsel have been named “Deals of the Year” by various domestic and international trade publications. Her awards also include:
