Biographical Sketch
Patricia R. Davis was an Assistant Director with the Civil Frauds Section of the U.S. Department of Justice. She worked at the Department as both a trial attorney and supervisory attorney for twenty years specializing in cases involving fraud on Government programs, particularly those cases involving Government contracts and health care programs. Prior to working at the Department, Professor Davis was Deputy Counsel to the Inspector General at the General Services Administration and Assistant to a Commissioner at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Professor Davis is now with the firm Geyer Gorey LLP as Of Counsel working primarily on False Claims Act matters. Current Semester Course: 6505 Government Contracts Advocacy (3)
