Biographical Sketch
Professor Eubanks is a Partner at Meyer Glitzenstein & Crystal, which for more than twenty years has been one of the nation’s leading public interest environmental law firms. He handles complex federal environmental litigation on behalf of conservation organizations at both the appellate and trial court level, and has been involved in several high-profile environmental cases at the U.S. Supreme Court and other federal courts. Professor Eubanks also teaches environmental law courses at Vermont Law School and American University’s Washington College of Law, and his scholarly written works include the groundbreaking treatise “Food, Agriculture, and Environmental Law,” which he co-authored and co-edited.
