M. Louise Turilli is currently Vice President-Corporate Governance/Employment and Secretary of Computer Sciences Corporation, a Fortune 500 technology corporation listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Professor Turilli practices primarily in the areas of corporate and securities law, corporation finance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, employee benefits and related disciplines and serves as the Secretary to the Board of Directors. Prior to joining CSC in 2008, she was Vice President and General Counsel of Ryerson Inc. and held senior positions in law departments of several other Fortune 500 corporations. Prior to practicing law in house, Professor Turilli was a partner at Day, Berry & Howard, Hartford, Connecticut, where she practiced general securities and corporate law.
