Biographical Sketch
Joyce Craig graduated with honors from GW Law. At GW Law, she was a Dean’s Fellow, Associate Editor of the George Washington University Law Review, and recipient of the American Bar Association/Bureau of National Affairs Award for Excellence in the Study of Intellectual Property Law, 2004. After law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph J. Farnan, Jr., at the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. She is now an associate at Finnegan, where she practices patent litigation in federal courts and at the U.S. International Trade Commission, and participates in reexamination proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her focus is in the consumer products, electronics, and information technology fields.
Before attending law school, Professor Craig spent fourteen years working internationally as a computer programmer and project manager in the field of software development.
