Biographical Sketch
Professor Calhoun is a Regulations Program Specialist and Presidential Management Fellow at the National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior, where he develops and writes regulations concerning complex issues impacting the National Park System. He advises park superintendents, resource managers, and law enforcement officers on legal and policy issues affecting park operations. Professor Calhoun previously worked in Nixon Peabody LLP’s Business and Finance Group advising corporate clients in the financial services and consumer products industries.
