Biographical Sketch
Prior to coming to GW Law in 2001, Matthew Mantel was employed at the Tarlton Law Library at the University of Texas School of Law and the Texas Legislative Reference Library. Before turning to librarianship, Mr. Mantel practiced law in Houston, Texas first as a solo practitioner then for a firm. He has also written about Texas legislative history.
