Biographical Sketch
David Ludwig is an associate at Dunlap, Grubb & Weaver, PLLC. His practice focuses on civil litigation in the areas of copyright, trademark, internet, and commercial law, trademark and copyright prosecution, and bankruptcy. David has represented local and national clients in federal and state litigation and bankruptcy proceedings.
Prior to joining Dunlap, Grubb & Weaver, Mr. Ludwig David also worked for Meyer, Klipper & Mohr, PLLC, a Washington, D.C. firm that specializes in litigation and legislative policy work in the areas of copyright and constitutional law. While in law school, Mr. Ludwig served an articles editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal. He began teaching in the Scholarly Writing Program in 2008.
