Biographical Sketch
Leslie Brown is a housing and community associations attorney with the law firm Rees Broome, PC. She writes and lectures frequently on issues of community association law, fair housing issues and federal mortgage lending requirements. She also teaches classes for Arlington County on condominium ownership and landlord-tenant law.
Prior to joining Rees Broome, Professor Brown clerked for the Hon. Lynn J. Bush of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She also worked for three years at the law firm Shaw Pittman LLP practicing a mix of insurance coverage and corporate law.
Professor Brown is an alumna of The George Washington University Law School where she graduated with honors and served as a Legal Research and Writing Dean's Fellow and Managing Editor of The Environmental Lawyer journal.
