Bryan Nese is a patent attorney at Kenyon and Kenyon LLP, one of the country’s oldest and largest firms specializing exclusively in intellectual property law. His practice focuses primarily on patent litigation, both in the U.S. district courts and at the International Trade Commission.
While a student at George Washington University Law School, Mr. Nese interned for Judge Judith Macaluso at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Upon graduating, he received the Michael J. Avenatti Award for Excellence in Pre-Trial and Trial Advocacy, given to the member of the graduating Juris Doctor class who demonstrates outstanding performance in litigation coursework.
Though he still has much to learn, he remains excited to share his passion for powerful, concise legal writing with first-year law students.
