Professor Shelton and Secretary of State Clinton
Professor Dinah L. Shelton has been elected to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. Shelton, here with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton June 2 in Honduras, is the first woman nominated by the United States to the IACHR.
