Brief Bio:
- Prior to joining the Law School faculty, Professor Fairfax served as a federal prosecutor in the Public Integrity Section of the Criminal Division in the U.S. Department of Justice, where he represented the United States in a broad range of public corruption and other investigations and prosecutions.
