A Second Chance for Mr. Norris: A Presidential Commutation After Over 20 Years in Prison
GW Law will host a conversation on the presidential commutation of a prison sentence granted to Rudolph Norris, which was obtained by GW Law's Neighborhood Law and Policy Clinic (NLPC) and featured in The New York Times. Mr. Norris will be present, along with Professor Jessica Steinberg, Director of the NLPC, and Courtney Francik, JD '15, who served as Mr. Norris's student-attorney.
