Visit Campus The best way to experience the vitality of the Law School is to visit our campus in the center of Washington D.C. Prospective students may visit classes, take scheduled and self-guided tours, and consult with our admission counselors. GW Law is easily reachable by car or by Metro and other public transportation. Many overnight accommodation options are available.

Schedule a Tour
To schedule a tour and/or class visit, contact J.D. Admissions at jdadmit@law.gwu.edu or 202.994.7230. Please arrive at the J.D. Admissions Office (700 20th Street, NW, lower level) 15 minutes before the tour begins.

Talk to a Counselor
The staffs of both J.D. Admissions (700 20th Street, NW, lower level) and the Graduate Programs offices (2013 G Street, NW, 2nd Floor) are available on a walk-in basis to answer questions about the admission process, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Getting Here
GW Law is at the corner of H and 20th Streets, NW, on The George Washington University's main campus. Washington D.C. is served by three major airports and Amtrak.

Plan to Stay
The GW Visitor's Center has compiled a list of nearby hotels. And check out "Washington DC Accommodations," a preferred-rate/discount no-charge hotel reservation service.

Enjoy D.C.'s Cuisine
