Professor Joan Meier Receives ABA's Sharon Corbitt Award
The American Bar Association's Commission on Domestic Violence awarded Professor Meier its inaugural Sharon Corbitt Award "honoring exemplary legal service to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking."

Professor Dinah L. Shelton has been elected to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. Shelton, here with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton June 2 in Honduras, is the first woman nominated by the United States. to the IACHR.  More at the U.S. Department of State website.
