Biographical Sketch
Ms.Costantino, an experienced negotiator, mediator and conflict management systems designer, is counsel at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where her practice includes alternative dispute resolution and complex litigation, including class actions. She serves on numerous ADR task forces at both the federal and international level, and has published a book on designing conflict management systems, which received international acclaim. Ms. Costantino has served as a consultant to the United Nations, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Singapore Arbitration Centre, and clients in New Zealand and Great Britain. She teaches extensively, including at Georgetown Law School, George Washington Law School, and Columbia University.
