Robert E. Park

Robert E. Park has taught a variety of public law subjects and torts. His interests have focused on administrative law, constitutional powers, individual rights, and jurisprudence. 

He has served as analyst at the National Security Agency; attaché to the Florida House of Representatives; member of the Higher Education Committee, the (Florida) Governor's Bi-Racial Commission; staff researcher and later consultant to the Office of Administrative Law Judges, U.S. Office of Personnel Management; research consultant to the U.S. Administrative Conference; director of education, ABA Center for Administrative Justice; solicited witness to committees of the U.S. House and Senate; and consultant to the University of Nairobi Conference on Law Curriculum Reform. Professor Park has chaired the AALS Workshop for New Law Teachers three times. 

He has served extensively in committee work on University governance. His teaching in recent years has included administrative law, constitutional law, the law of privacy, a seminar on democracy, equality, and constitutionalism, and a seminar on constitutional issues of family law. Professor Park taught logic and American institutions at the University of Florida before coming to the law school.
