Arin Melissa Brenner is a former Editor-in-Chief and Special Rapporteur to The International Law in Domestic Courts Journal. Currently she works for Federal Defenders, where she is the lead attorney on the Committee to Review the Criminal Justice Act. Previously she worked with a team to represent victims of grave international human rights and humanitarian law violations in federal courts, and co-authored the International Law Scholars amicus briefs and assisted in oral argument preparation for Kiobel I and Kiobel II. Ms. Brenner graduated with honors from GW Law. While at GW Law, Ms. Brenner served as a legal intern with the Legal Resource Centre in Cape Town, South Africa, and with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in D.C. She has been published several times in the ILDC.
