Join the George Washington Law Alumni Association for a moderated discussion with Bernard "Barry" Nigro, Jr., JD '86, Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General of the United States, who will offer remarks and participate in a moderated discussion of recent developments in competition law. A world-recognized leader in antitrust law, Mr. Nigro will bring to life aspects of competition law across communications, technology, and an array of other subject areas. Currently a senior leader of the Justice Department's Antitrust Division and formerly the chair of a national law firm's antitrust practice, he was also Deputy Director of the Federal Trade Commission as well as Vice Chair of the ABA Section on Antitrust Law.
