Darren Long is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and worked as a contractor for the Department of Defense before going to law school. After graduating with honors, Professor Long joined the law firm of Dickstein Shapiro, LLP, where he provided legal services in the areas of Commercial, Antitrust and Energy Litigation, eventually specializing exclusively on Securities Regulation and Litigation. In 2008, Mr. Long began working as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
