Donna Bartee-Robertson is currently a Compliance Systems Engineer with Transparent Technology Solutions, focusing on legal and regulatory compliance for National Security Systems. Previously, she was a Cyber-security Policy and Strategy Principal at the MITRE, Corp., supporting government agencies (Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Secret Service and IC entities) assessing and developing policies and procedures for cyber-incident response; Federal Information Security Modernization Act implementation; CFIUS processing; and information sharing between the USG and commercial industry.

Prior to joining MITRE, Ms. Bartee-Robertson was a senior attorney for 10 years in the National Security Agency's Operations and Cybersecurity Directorates, where she provided legal advice on the implementation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and FAA, USG cyber incident response, and general national security law issues. She is a retired Navy Judge Advocate where she was once an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate for what is now the U.S. Cyber Command.
