Jay Calhoun is a Regulations Program Specialist and former Presidential Management Fellow at the National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior, where he develops and writes regulations concerning visitor safety and resource protection within the National Park System. He also advises park superintendents, resource managers, and technical field staff on legal and policy issues affecting the management of national parks. Mr. Calhoun previously worked in Nixon Peabody LLP’s Business and Finance group advising corporate clients in the financial services and consumer products industries. Mr. Calhoun earned his JD, with honors, and his LLM in Energy and Environmental Law, with highest honors, from GW Law.
