Kristi McIntyre is an associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, where she practices patent litigation at the US district courts, focusing on representing pharmaceutical patent holders in Abbreviated New Drug Applications litigations under the Hatch-Waxman Act. In addition, Ms. McIntyre has experience with patent appeals before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and inter partes review proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. She graduated magna cum laude with her chemistry degree from Villanova University, and went on to receive her law degree from Duke University School of Law. While at Duke, Ms. McIntyre served as content editor for the Duke Law and Technology Review and Staff Editor for Law & Contemporary Problems.
