Luke Wilson is co-Founder and Deputy Director of The Center for Water Security and Cooperation where he focuses on international water law issues.  During his career, Mr. Wilson has provided legal advice and guidance on public international law to attorneys, arbitrators, and other clients, focusing primarily on international investment treaty arbitration and state-to-state dispute resolution. Mr. Wilson also served as a law clerk at the International Court of Justice and as a consultant with the World Bank.  Mr. Wilson earned his LLM in International and Comparative Law with highest honors and his JD with honors from GW Law, where he was Executive Articles Editor of The George Washington International Law Review. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Massachusetts, New York, and District of Columbia Bars and is admitted to the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court.
