Margaret Rose is an Assistant Counsel in the U.S. Senate Office of the Legislative Counsel, where she has been drafting legislation on a nonpartisan basis for Senators and Senate committees for more than 14 years. She is the lead drafter for the office in the areas of international trade and economic sanctions against foreign countries. She is also responsible for preparing drafts on other matters relating to defense, commerce, and foreign relations.
