Matthew Morrison is currently the Associate Director of the Clean Air Act enforcement program at EPA. Prior to joining EPA in late 2008, Professor Morrison was a supervising senior attorney in the Department of Justice's Environmental Enforcement Section. There he spent the better part of 14 years litigating and settling cases under the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, Superfund, and RCRA. Prior to his time at EPA and DOJ, Professor Morrison worked in private practice working on patent cases and environmental defense litigation. 

Mr. Morrison received his JD and an MBA from Fordham University. He also received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University. After graduating from Lehigh, he worked as a process chemical engineer for Witco Corporation in Texas.
