Max A. Webb

Max A. Webb is the Assistant Director of the Office of Structured Finance, Transportation and Leisure in the Division of Corporation Finance at the Securities and Exchange Commission and has served at the SEC in various positions for 12 years. Prior to that, he was an attorney in private practice for twelve years. He is a member of the group that wrote Regulation AB governing the regulation of asset-backed securities and which is developing interpretations of Reg AB. He has lectured on securities law topics to many professional groups.
