Max Wolson is a Staff Attorney with the National Immigration Law Center where he works on impact litigation on behalf of immigrant communities. Previously, he served as a Staff Attorney in the Office of General Counsel at the United States Sentencing Commission. Before that position, he was an Assistant Public Defender with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender and an Assistant Federal Public Defender in Iowa, representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels. He clerked for the Honorable Gregory B. Wormuth, United States Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. While at GW Law, he was a member of The George Washington International Law Review, a Dean's Fellow, and a member of the Moot Court Board.
