Megan Bartley is an Attorney with the Consumer Protection Bureau at the Federal Trade Commission, where she prosecutes and litigates consumer fraud and contempt actions. At GW Law, Ms. Bartley was the Editor-in-Chief of PCLJ. Her note on organizational conflicts of interest in asset management was published in PCLJand awarded second place in an ABA writing competition. Prior to attending GW Law, Ms. Bartley served as a legislative staffer in the U.S. House and Senate, handling a range of domestic issues, including banking and financial matters for a senator on the Senate Banking Committee.
