Megan Bartley is currently the Chief Investigative Counsel for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Democratic staff, where she leads the Committee’s oversight and investigations work. Previously, she was an attorney with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, where she primarily litigated consumer fraud and contempt actions. She also served as a legislative staffer in the U.S. House and U.S. Senate handling a range of domestic issues, including banking and economic portfolios on the Senate Budget and Banking Committees. At GW Law, Ms. Bartley was the Editor-in-Chief of the Public Contract Law Journal.
