Michael P. Daly currently practices law with Jones Day as a member of the firm’s Global Disputes Group. Previously, he served as a law clerk to Judge Alan S. Gold, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Florida, as a Legal Adviser at the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal in The Hague (The Netherlands), and he has spent two years working on private arbitrations with Judge Charles N. Brower (20 Essex Street in London; Judge ad hoc of the International Court of Justice). Professor Daly recently served as a Visiting Associate Professor and as a Visiting Scholar at GW Law. He also serves as a member of GW Law’s Business & Finance Law Advisory Board. He teaches International Business Transactions. He received his JD from the University of Miami School of Law and his BA from Georgetown University.
