Michael M. Hicks

Michael M. Hicks is a partner in the firm Bonner, Kiernan, Trebach & Crociata, whose practice focuses on the litigation and trial of complex liability matters. He has also served as general counsel for National Econ Corporation, a national environmental consulting and construction management company. Mr. Hicks has served on the adjunct faculty at GW Law since 1991. He is admitted to practice to the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland Bar, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia, Third and Fourth Circuits, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia and Maryland. He is a former member of the board of governors of the District of Columbia Bar and a past president of the Washington Bar Association. Currently, Mr. Hicks serves on the board of directors for the Frederick Abramson Memorial Foundation.
